All data is retained securely in the cloud and is only used for internal use to assist with managing your bookings more efficiently
A minimum charge of £100 will be made for fouling depending on severity
Bookings
Please ensure that all booking information is correct and includes all relevant personal and travel information
Bookings cancelled within 24 hrs of travel will incur a 100 %
Where possible the vehicle chosen by the customer will be supplied. However, we reserve the right to supply a vehicle of similar specifications / colour etc should circumstances dictate
We are not liable for mechanical failures with our vehicles that may arise during transfers this includes punctures, engine breakdowns and gearbox failures. From time to time we may use a third party to transport you, we are not liable for any third party vehicles
We are also not liable for late flights due to severe weather or instances beyond our control
The Chauffeur will contact the passenger by text / phone to arrange a suitable & safe meeting point according to the environment
This is calculated from the booking time (@ £20 /hr) and is discretionary
The driver will take the most efficient route based on experience & electronic aids normally deferring to the passenger once in the destination locality; we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control
It is the passengers responsibility to ensure personal belongings are not left in the vehicle & we are not responsible for any damage or loss. However, we are willing to return items were reasonably possible
Not normally permitted but is allowed at the drivers discretion
Precedence Ltd reserves the right to refuse to any passenger who is disorderly, threatening or abusive
In order to maintain our high standard of passenger safety, vehicle interiors are sanitised between after every journey & antibacterial gel & PPE is available
