General terms and conditions of the Group Need GmbH

 

1.General regulations

• The right to any changes is reserved
• Rates & availability are subject of verification at the time of the booking
• It is at all times the ordering party liable for the settlement of all services, costs and expenses
• arising from the order (regardless of any different billing addresses, cost bearers, credit card holders, cost centers, etc.)

 

2.Our prices include:

• chauffeur
• fuel
• passenger insurance

 

3.Our prices do not include:

• tickets for motorways
• ferrie- and train tickets as well as parking meters
• flowers and decorations
• entrances to museums
• no-show fees
• VAT
• Parking fee for transfers with pick up at Airport Zürich: upon receipt, at least CHF 15.00
• Cost of cleaning and compensation for damages – the orderer (customer) is liable for inordinate dirtiness, damages and riots  

 

4.Prices:

• the currencies specified in the quotation apply
• price adjustments reserved
• the quotes are valid by specified details, considering all requested services.
• a service change can cause a quote change
• expenses for the driver: per meal CHF 40.- / overnight accomodation CHF 140.- out of Zurich

(can change depending on land & event)

• every started hour will be fully charged
• Price «per day» includes 8 hours
• time and distance to/from garage are not included
• credit card will be asked as guarantee
• Without waiting time. An eventual delay of 15 Minutes will be tolerated, with more than 30

minutes we allow us to charge a full hour waiting time.

 

5.Prepayment

In specific cases like discounts, special rates, special events and arrangements, a prepayment can be requested.

Please note the respective special conditions.

• Prepayment of 50% (this option can be excluded) - no refund possible
• Prepayment of 100% - a refund is possible according to the following (can be excluded)
• Partial refund: In case of a cancellation, the already payed amount can be refunded after deduction of

a handling fee of 20%

• Cancellation cover: at the moment of your booking, you have the possibility to ensure a full payment

refund against a surcharge of 10% of the order value. The surcharge is no subject of refund.

 

6.Cancellation fee 100% in following cases (the service will be fully charged, any refund is excluded)

• cancellation later than 2 calendar days in advance
• Noshow & order interrupt
• Period WEF Davos and other high season periods: cancellation less than two weeks in advance
• Discounts, special rates, events and arrangements: according to individual agreement or statement (conditions) in our quote

 

 

All contracts entered with the Group Need GmbH shall be governed by Swiss Law.

Exclusive jurisdiction have the courts of Zurich.
