Cancellation Policy

All Bookings require a Debit or Credit Card on file, This acts as your deposit and secures your booking. 

Car Bookings cancelled with over 12 hour notice or more - No Charge.
Less than 12 hours notice - 50% Charge.
6 Hours or Less - 100% of total cost. 


MPV Bookings Cancelled with over 36 hours notice or more - No Charge 
Less than 36 Hours - 50% Charge 
Less than 12 Hours - 100%


Airport Collections

For checked in Luggage we advise to book your car 60 mins after your landing time to minimise costs and waiting. This allows enough time to disembark and collect Luggage.

For Business travel with Hand Luggage we advise to book your car 20 - 40 mins. 

Once landed please switch on your phone to receive text updates from your chauffeur.

You will receive a photo of your chauffeur and vehicle and also a picture of the pick up location where we will be standing. 


Business Class / Corporate Transfers & 1st Class Flights
 
We will be inside the terminal 20 mins after landing time


We will be inside the terminal at your booked time

Any time after booked time will be charged at £7.50 for each 15 mins waiting time plus additional car park charges.
Additional car park charges will only start after the 1st 30 mins has lapsed. 


Luton and Stansted Express pick up


Luton
 - By default, we will Leave and Meet you at the Mid Stay car park, This is a 7 - 15 mins walk to the terminal, Alternatively we can Leave and Meet you at the express location that is situated outside the terminal.
To meet you here, It is very important not to call your driver till you are waiting kerbside. We are only allocated 5 mins for £5.00 Please request this on booking or ask your driver en route. 


Stansted - 
W
e will meet you at the express pick up point outside of the terminal building at Zone B & C 


Meet and Greet charges for Luton & Stansted Only
 - 
The charge is only for the 1st 30 mins of waiting and car park, any time over this time is charged at the above rate.


Heathrow & Gatwick
 - 
We will be inside the terminal waiting for you with a name board at the designated pick up points shown on your app / Link. 


If you think you may need more or less time?

Please contact your driver on the app / link to request.

If you are delayed at customs or at the luggage carousel please inform your driver as soon as possible.

Discount Codes

On occasion we will offer discount codes, The management reserve the right to start and end this promotion at any time and for the vehicles chosen. They are not valid for any other offer or discounted rates that may have been applied previously, Does not include unsocial hours from 05:00 - 23:00 or Bank Holidays. For personal use and not Business, only to be used for only booking. 


Wedding Bookings

Wedding Hires are priced differently to standard transfers, 
A lot of planning and additional work goes into a wedding hire, This is then reflected in the price.
Wedding packages start from £80.00 per hour 


Rail Stations - Seaports & Event Collections 


Events

We are unable to price this type of journey on our booking portal, Please contact the office for a quote
This includes - Proms, Concerts and all Sporting Events.

If any delays occur after your booked pick-up time please inform your Driver or Chauffeur of these changes as soon as possible in order to minimise any additional waiting time being charged.

After your booked pick-up time slot we allow 10 minutes waiting time free of charge. However, after this duration waiting time will be charged at the waiting time set for the type of vehicle booked charged at per hour pro rata. Details on request.

Any additional collections or drop offs en-route that hasn't been quoted will be charged at £5 extra per location plus mileage.


Type of Vehicles Booked

We will endeavour to let you know of any changes to the vehicles booked, Sometimes this is out of our control due to traffic situations and workload.


Vehicle Choices
 
The premium comfort is always in high demand, if this is not available we will upgrade to the next available vehicle at discounted costs where available, and notify you by email. 
Vehicles are allocated to hires no more than 1 week before travel. 


Situations out of our control

Sometimes eventualities happen that are out of our control and we are unable to be held accountable for.
For Example: Flights landing much earlier than scheduled, Accidents, Road Closures, Severe Weather, Protestors blocking the road to name a few.
When we are faced with these type of incidents we will do our upmost to get another car to you or explain with enough notice if we may be delayed.

Account Facilities

Account clients have priority over all bookings.
We will endeavour to supply the car requested, at times this may not be possible due to situations out of our control Such as flight delays, Traffic situations or breakdowns. 

Invoices will be emailed on the last day of the calendar month and payable by Bank Transfer into our account no later than 14 calendar days after invoice sent.
Overdue payments will incur statutory interest charged daily at 10% of the invoice plus the Bank of England base rate.


Costs

We may increase our prices without warning at any time due to Emergencies, Rail disruptions or Fuel increases. 

There is a 5% Booking fee for ALL Business transactions using Credit and Debit cards.
